Semi-Annual Assessment Due 01/01/2025

Reminder:

The SSTA Semi-Annual Assessment is due on January 1, 2025.

There are two ways to pay:

(1) Online through the SSTA HOA Portal

(2) By check: Made payable to “Shannon Station Townhouse Association” and mailed to: Shannon Station TH Association, c/o Summit Management Processing Center, P.O. Box 95366, Las Vegas, NV 89193-5366. Mailed checks must be postmarked by January 1, 2025 in order to avoid late payment fees, and must include the account number with the payment in order to ensure it is applied to the correct account.

Please also refer to the Homeowners Letter (sent 11/22/24) for additional information, including SSTA’s 2025 Approved Budget.

Concerned about the speeding in Shannon Station?

Come hear about our traffic calming plan at a virtual meeting on Tuesday, October 22nd at 6:30pm.

The SSTA Board is working with Springfield Supervisor Pat Herrity’s office, and the Fairfax County Department of Transportation to install speed humps along Huntsman Blvd within Shannon Station.
