Reminder about SSTA Pool Rules

As the summer heats up, please take few moments to review our SSTA Pool Rules, including:

·  The SSTA pool is for residents and members only. 

·  Each resident/member must show a valid pass upon each visit. 

·  Residents/members may purchase daily guest passes for $10 per guest.  The maximum number of guests per day is 4.

·  Non-residents/members are not allowed to purchase daily passes.

·  Pool parties are prohibited.

·  Alcoholic beverages and smoking, including vaping, is strictly prohibited.

Please ensure that your household and/or guests are following all of the pool rules. The pool staff has the authority to remove any person(s) from the property in order to maintain the safety of the residents, members and their guests while at the pool.

SSTA Pool Opening - Saturday May 25, 2024

The SSTA pool will open for the 2024 summer season on Saturday, May 25, 2024. Pool hours will be:

  • Weekdays: 12:00PM to 8:00PM, with LAP SWIM ONLY 12:00PM to 1:00PM on Tues & Thurs

  • Weekends and Holidays: 11:00AM to 7:00PM

  • CLOSED on School Days

Pool Passes are in the mail for SSTA residents and should arrive this week, along with the 2024 Pool Rules.

Email Update from Summit Management - Landscaping

Weather permitting, ProGrounds will be in the community on Wednesday, April 24th, 2024, to perform a second turf application of fertilizer only. Please contact your Community Manager, Toria Harris, if you have any questions or concerns. She can be reached at toria.harris@summitmanage.com.

Special Meeting

The board will meet this Thursday, February 29th for the board to vote on new landscaping contract. This meeting will be at 6:30pm in the pool parking lot.
